How To Register
Our team recommends interested Excursion participants to register as early as possible. There are only 35 slots nationwide, which fill quickly. By registering in advance, you can confirm your space.
To register for any program, you must do the following:
- Complete an enrollment application, which can be done online or via mailed documentation.
- Once your application has been confirmed, you will need to pay the balance of the program cost PRIOR to the March 18, 2019 start date. You will receive an invoice directing participants how to pay the balance of the program online. If you prefer not to pay online, participants can submit a check via mail, fax a payment authorization, or complete a direct money transfer.
- You will receive a confirmation by email from our team within 48 hours upon receipt of your registration (except for over the weekend or holidays when our office is closed).
- A separate confirmation email will provide information regarding the country you will be traveling to, information about the weather, and school specific information.
- Participants will receive information via email about specific accommodations, including host family, approximately 1 week PRIOR to your TRAVEL DEPARTURE DATE.
